Standard Dryer Vent Cleaning (Starting at $99)
This service focuses on safely improving airflow and reducing lint buildup in your dryer vent system. We disconnect the dryer, thoroughly clean the transition duct, and clean the dryer vent line from the wall connection to the exterior termination. We also inspect the exterior vent hood and verify proper airflow before reconnecting the dryer. This option does not include opening the dryer cabinet and is ideal for routine maintenance and most residential or apartment settings.
Dryer Vent + Dryer Interior Cleaning (Starting at $175)
This comprehensive service includes everything in our Standard Dryer Vent Cleaning, plus internal cleaning of the dryer itself. In addition to cleaning the vent system, we carefully remove the dryer access panel to clean lint and debris from inside the dryer cabinet. This option provides the most thorough lint removal and is recommended for dryers that have not been serviced in several years, are overheating, or for homeowners looking for the highest level of preventative maintenance. This service does not include repairs or adjustments to dryer components.
Dryer Vent Joint Sealing (Starting at $29.99)
- Seals all accessible vent connections using UL-listed aluminum HVAC metal tape
- Reduces air leaks, lint escape, and moisture issues

Dryer Vent Hose Replacement (Starting at $49.99)
- Supply and install new semi-rigid or rigid dryer vent hose

Carbon Monoxide Detector – Supply & Install ($39.99)
- New CO detector provided
- Installed near the dryer or per manufacturer recommendations
Gas Flex Line Replacement ($89)
- Remove old or damaged gas flex connector
- Supply and install new approved gas flex line
- Leak check after installation
Gas work limited to visible flex connector replacement only. All other gas issues are referred to a licensed plumber.
