Terms & Conditions of Service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Clean Dryer Vent Pros, Midwest Gutter Cleaning, Junk Free Pros, and any affiliated or successor companies (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates & Assumptions
All estimates are based on information provided by the Customer and, when applicable, are prepared site unseen. Estimates assume:
• Safe and reasonable access to the dryer, vent system, and work area
• Standard residential configurations
• No concealed damage, code violations, or hazardous conditions
If actual on-site conditions differ, we reserve the right to adjust pricing, scope, or decline service.

2. Scope of Work
Services are limited strictly to the scope outlined in the approved estimate or invoice.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, services do not include:
• Repairs or replacement of appliances or mechanical components
• Alterations to gas, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Structural modifications or code upgrades
Additional services discovered on-site will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

3. Appliance & Utility Safety
• For gas dryers, the appliance gas shutoff valve may be turned off as a safety precaution during service.
• The Company does not disconnect, reconnect, modify, or install gas piping unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
• For electric dryers, power may be turned off or unplugged when necessary for safety.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring utilities are in proper working condition prior to service.

4. Access & Site Conditions
Customer agrees to provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled service time.
If access is unavailable, unsafe, or restricted, service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, and a service or trip fee may apply.

5. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Hidden defects in appliances, venting, ductwork, or building materials
• Damage resulting from improper installation by others
• Conditions outside the visible or accessible scope of work
Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the services performed.

6. No Guarantee of System Performance
While our services improve airflow and system cleanliness, we do not guarantee appliance performance, efficiency, or future system condition. Results may vary depending on system design, age, usage, and maintenance history.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

9. Photos & Documentation
We may take photos or notes for documentation, training, or quality control purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared publicly without consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

11. Acceptance
Approval of an estimate, invoice, or scheduled service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
